I find the most important aspect of my work is customer service. After all, it doesn't matter if something is "great design" if the client doesn't like it. The trick is to provide the best possible design for the project, while also meeting the vision of the client.

With that in mind, here is some of the feedback I have received in regards to various positions and projects.

Senior Interface Designer at CareGain, Inc.

Ryan joined CareGain at a time when it was clear that the web portals servicing the three segments: Subscriber, CSR and Employer were all in great need of a facelift. Within just three months of employment, Ryan was able to come up with one great design for each portal. He was not only able to focus on the aesthetics, but he also gained a great understanding of the business which allowed him to make the designs intuitive and much simpler than anyone thought possible.

It didn't take long for developers and analysts a like to seek out Ryan's opinion on anything affecting the portals. He was a key contributor on some key cost cutting initiatives, claim entry redesign, BPO process to name a few. His work truly transcends UI design, as he usually assumes a great portion of the business analysis load, in his quest for the purest design. Ryan is extremely fast, and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty in order to guarantee the success of a project. He's a team player, a great individual contributor, and truly the type of resource that most people would love to have on their team.
